We are responsible for the worship aspects of Liturgy and
involves several groups each with its own leader. The liturgy group
is led by Tony. It includes; music - David and Gill are
organists - Jean leads the folk group - Derek is choir
master. The Altar servers are led by Rory. The Sacristy is led by
Marie. The Pilgrimage group is led by Julie.
The role of the Liturgy department is to keep in contact with
and to support each group as appropriate, and to feed back
information to the PPC. We try to keep the PPC updated on new
developments and changes. We also feed back to the groups
suggestions made by the PPC or other members of the Parish.
We welcome suggestions in ways we can help our Parish continue
to grow spiritually and become a more caring Christian community.
There are areas in which more support is needed, and please contact
us if you are available to help support our Parish within the
Liturgy department.
